About Me
My clients have described me as authentic, caring, warm, and insightful. Clinically, I am adept at helping people recover from eating disorders, explore gender and sexuality, and help couples navigate relationship difficulties.
I utilize a strengths-based approach to help you help yourself, both behaviorally and cognitively. My goal is to help you shift your behaviors to make them more aligned with your goals and values. More than anything, I will strive to help you cultivate joy and aid you in taking actions that create a version of yourself that you're proud of.
We are living in chaotic and unprecedented times - it can be hard to keep your head above water. Still, there are moments of respite and joy to be had, and I would like to help you connect with what matters most to you.
Outside of therapy, I like to spend time with my pets (Bucatini the dog and her cat siblings, Oscar and Reiko), travel to new places, watch horror films, and eat baked goods. I also deeply value community and a nice long walk.
