We all carry heavy burdens, such great pain, and take for granted both what we hold as well as our ability to heal. I utilize a strengths-based approach to help you help yourself, and support you in changing your behaviors to those that feel more aligned with your goals and values. More than anything, I will help you cultivate joy and aid you in taking actions that create a version of yourself that you're proud of.
My clients have described me as authentic, caring, insightful, and challenging. Clinically, I am adept at helping people recover from eating disorders, move through grief and depression, heal from trauma, navigate times of immense stress, and create a life worth living.
