Relationship Therapy
Relationships can be some of the most meaningful (and most challenging) parts of our lives. When communication breaks down, trust feels fragile, or you find yourselves stuck in the same painful patterns, it’s easy to feel ungrounded and unsure of how to move forward.
Relationship therapy offers a supportive space to slow things down, understand what’s really happening between you, notice patterns, put our verbal knives down, and refocus on connection.
I work with couples and partners who are:
• Feeling distant, misunderstood, or emotionally disconnected
• Stuck in recurring conflicts that never seem to resolve
• Navigating trust issues, betrayal, or major transitions
• Wanting to strengthen intimacy, communication, and emotional safety
• In queer, non-traditional, or non-monogamous relationships
• High-functioning on the outside, but struggling privately
Whether you’re in crisis or simply want your relationship to feel more secure, alive, and aligned, this work is about helping you build something that fits both who you are and who you want to be.
Rather than assigning blame, in our work we will focus on understanding patterns, emotional needs, and the deeper stories that shape how you show up with one another.
In our work together, you can expect:
• A non-judgmental space where both partners feel heard
• Practical tools for communication and conflict repair
• Attention to emotional safety and attachment dynamics
• Flexibility based on your values, identities, and relationship structure
• A pace that feels respectful and sustainable
